These are the functions involved in taking an enquiry from first contact to a project on site. They are shared across the office rather than tied to one person.
- 01EnquiriesThe office is the first point of contact for new project and maintenance enquiries, by phone or email.
- 02EstimatingDrawings, specifications and site information are reviewed so the scope can be priced.
- 03Drawing and coordinationDrawings are prepared so that fabrication matches the agreed details and the site dimensions.
- 04Administration and accountsOrders, documentation and accounts are handled from the Leeds office.
