Who we work with
For property and facilities managers
Property and facilities teams usually come to us with a building that is already occupied: a failing entrance door, a tired frontage, or windows that need replacing without closing the premises.
What usually matters
Keeping the building open
Replacement work on occupied or trading buildings is planned around access, security and opening hours. Tell us how the building is used and the constraints are built into the plan from the start.
Repair or replace
A door that keeps failing may need new hardware, or the frame may be past economic repair. Photographs and a clear description of the problem are usually enough for an initial view.
Multiple sites
Retail and leisure operators often need similar work across several premises. Our original project list includes work for a number of high-street and roadside brands.
Security of the premises
If a door is not currently secure, say so in your enquiry so that it can be considered when arranging next steps.

Can you work outside trading hours?
Timing is agreed with each client. Let us know your trading hours when you enquire.
