Aluminium curtain walling
Glazed façades for commercial buildings, fabricated in our Leeds factory using Kestrel and Novastruct systems and installed by our own teams, mostly for main contractors within about 100 miles of Leeds.

Early conversations with a fabricator can save redesign later. We can talk through how a glazing concept is likely to be framed, fabricated and fixed, and where the details need the most attention.

Drive-thru and service windows
New drive-thru booths and service windows, and their maintenance, for restaurants across the UK. Over 35 years working with McDonald's, including new sites countrywide.
What usually matters
Buildability of the design intent
Sightlines, module sizes, corner details and the relationship between doors and framing all affect how a façade or shopfront can be fabricated. We can discuss these against your drawings at an early stage.
Interfaces and movement
Where glazing meets the structure, roof, cladding and ground, movement, drainage and weather performance need careful detailing. These junctions are worth resolving before tender.
Specification and responsibility
Performance requirements, finishes and system choices come from the specification. Who is responsible for which part of the design should be clear in the tender documents; we work to the responsibility set out for each project.
Heritage and sensitive settings
Some projects need new aluminium work to sit comfortably beside older buildings. The Bradford Grammar School entrance on our original project list was described as built in keeping with the school's heritage.

Can you comment on details before tender?
We are happy to discuss drawings and details with the design team. The extent of any design input is agreed for each project.
Do you publish system technical data?
Technical documents will be added to the website once approved. In the meantime, ask the office about the systems relevant to your project.
